• The customer can only make the vehicle wait for the maximum of 15 minutes from the time of booking.
• While Riding you can make the vehicle stop for only 30 minutes only,otherwise you will be charged.
• The customer has to pay the exact amount that have had been mentioned in the booking
sms.
• The company can charge extra as applicable if the booking is of the time period of next 6 hours.
• The company can also charge extra as night charges if applicable for the booking after 8 pm.
• The customer will have to pay extra if they use vehicle to go ahead of the destination point.
• If booking takes place within 8 hours of the
booking time, then it will be considered as instant booking, the company can charge extra on that booking.
• If you have opted for cash on delivery option
while booking, the company can still demand advance payment from you, in case of non- payment on demand, booking will be considered as canceled.
